Why do you need a maintenance or service package for your system?
A maintenance agreement would help you achieve:

- Increase efficiency
- Improve reliability thus saving potential system breakdowns
- Lower your utility bills
- Preventing a problem
- Maintaining warranty (without service most unit’s warranty will become void)
On a maintenance visit our teams would:
- Run a full system diagnostic
- Complete an all settings system test
- Check volumetric flow
- Clean all filters
- Confirm satisfactory pump operation
- Confirm the exterior unit airflow conforms to the manufacturer’s specifications
On a service visit as in the addition to the above our teams would:
- Clean the unit covers
- Dismantle and clean all interior and exterior units including the drains, coils and pumps
- Check and confirm good condition of all wiring
- Check and confirm satisfactory gas operating pressures for the whole system
- Complete a full report on any issues that may need to be addressed on or before the next scheduled visit
